About The Company:
The working venue is in South Jakarta.
Our client is an Japanese Consulting Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Business Support Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and member companies while serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal professional departments
Support sales activities by coordinating customer visits, scheduling appointments, managing customer communications, and maintaining customer databases
Assist marketing and communication initiatives, including preparing newsletters, translating documents (Japanese–Indonesian), and supporting website, social media, and promotional content
Coordinate seminars, webinars, and corporate events, including scheduling, participant registration, invitation distribution, and on-site operational support
Prepare and manage business documentation, such as quotations, proposals, contracts, translation requests, and other administrative records
Maintain accurate data and documentation by updating internal systems, managing business records, and ensuring timely follow-up of customer requests
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings, coordinate projects, and ensure effective communication and high customer satisfaction
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any major
Business level of Japanese both spoken and written (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level of English proficiency
Have 2 years of experience as Customer Support, Sales Support, Administration, Marketing, or Business Support in Japanese companies with experience coordinating customers, meetings, seminars, or business events
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other digital tools such as Canva, or similar platforms
Strong communication, coordination abilities, excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
