Field Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any fields

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or field coordination roles

• Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution operations and best practices

• Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Physical capability to perform on-site inspections and fieldwork

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily field operations including loading, unloading, and distribution activities

• Monitor and track inventory movements within the warehouse and during transit

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations on-site

• Communicate between warehouse staff, drivers, and office management to maintain operational efficiency

• Prepare and maintain accurate field reports and documentation related to daily operations

• Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in real-time to minimise delays

• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure optimal condition

• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimise routes and delivery schedules

• Train and supervise field staff on proper handling procedures and safety protocols

• Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules and records
