The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be part of the CEO Office Team. You will work with various departments to capture meaningful insight to ensure business process improvement towards the organization.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with the Operations and CEO Office team to gather and analyze information, create hypotheses, and align with relevant stakeholders
Undertake or get involved in operations projects to address various company initiatives
Conduct research on specified topics or areas to collect necessary data and produce meaningful insights
Provide regular updates on operations performance through detailed reports
Track internal company performance and external benchmarking against competitors
What We Need:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record.
Strong willingness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Solid understanding of market trends and the ability to conduct detailed analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Exceptional skills in creating presentations and analyzing data.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Basic understanding of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
