Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server Operation Manager to oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, identity management, endpoint security, and server operations. This role is critical in ensuring system reliability, security, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

? Microsoft 365 & Identity Management

• Manage tenants through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.

• Administer identities via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Active Directory integration, MFA, and SSPR.

• Perform SSO integration and directory synchronization with Active Directory.

• Implement and manage advanced Microsoft 365 security features:

  • Microsoft Defender (advanced phishing & malware protection)

  • Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Auto-labeling, Retention Policies)

  • Advanced eDiscovery & Audit

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
    

? Endpoint & Device Management

• Deploy, integrate, and manage Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune.

• Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies.

• Ensure endpoint compliance and security standards.
  

? Infrastructure & Server Operations

• Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal uptime and performance.

• Manage network infrastructure, firewall configurations, and access controls.

• Perform vulnerability assessments and implement security hardening.

• Troubleshoot system-related issues to minimize downtime.

? Automation & Optimization

• Develop monitoring and automation workflows using Power Automate and/or Microsoft Graph API.

• Design and implement infrastructure improvements and system upgrades.

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and IT policies.

? Leadership & Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Translate technical solutions into clear explanations for non-technical users.

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to IT team members.
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.

• Experience in enterprise-level IT infrastructure within IT & Communication industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:

  • Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory

  • Windows & Linux Server Administration

  • Enterprise security management (firewalls, access control, vulnerability management)

  • Cloud services & hybrid infrastructure

• Experience with Intune & MDM solutions.

• Familiar with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell mandatory).

Certifications (Preferred)

• MS-100 / MS-101

• SC-300 / SC-400

• MD-102

• MCSA / RHCE / CISSP

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills (able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders).

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta / Tangerang area.
