Sales Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth and manage end-to-end client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, negotiating and closing deals, managing commercial proposals, and assisting with receivable collections.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales Management: Act with complete integrity while managing the entire sales lifecycle from understanding client requirements and proposing tailored solutions to negotiating, closing deals, and driving revenue.
• Pre-Meeting & Outreach Activities: Blast promos via email, fax, or SMS prior to client meetings; prepare proposal submissions; and process equipment loan requests.
• Proposals & Quotations: Draft and issue accurate proposals and price quotations. Note: Company Standard Terms and Conditions must always be included as the last page of all price quotes.
• Receivables & Collections: Monitor account receivables and ensure timely collections according to agreed payment terms (including managing COD and PDC accounts).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in the IT or FMCG industry .
• Sales Background: Demonstrated track record as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in client-facing outbound/telemarketing roles.
• B2B Experience: B2B sales experience is a major plus.
• Education: College-level education or higher preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preparing formal business proposals.
• Ethics & Drive: Strong moral compass, professional conduct, excellent negotiation abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Location & Onboarding: Willing to work on-site in Project 8, Quezon City, and available to start immediately.
