Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the sole importer and distributor of ghd and K18 in Indonesia.
We're looking for a Digital Performance Specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into real growth. Someone ready to own digital marketing and paid advertising end to end across Meta, Google, Shopee, TikTok, and beyond, and help two of the world's most iconic beauty brands, K18 & ghd, win across Indonesia's digital landscape.
This is a role for a performance driven marketer who lives in the numbers, optimizes relentlessly, and knows how to get cross functional teams moving in the same direction.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising across all channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms, to drive sales, traffic, and brand growth.
- Own digital marketing strategy across channels, aligning campaigns with brand direction and commercial targets.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance and digital metrics (ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, GMV, and more) to find opportunities, cut waste, and continuously improve return on spend.
- Manage and optimize ads and campaign budget allocation across platforms to deliver the strongest possible results for every rupiah spent.
- Align and rally Creative, Marketing, and Commercial around your campaign direction, turning cross functional collaboration into results.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep our digital strategy ahead.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management.
You're The Right Fit If You
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Bring at least 3 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or digital commerce, with a proven ability to coordinate and influence cross functional teams.
- Have hands on mastery of paid ads platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ads such as Shopee and TikTok), with a proven track record of improving ROAS and campaign performance.
- Have a strong data driven mindset, comfortable reading metrics like ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and GMV and turning them into decisions.
- Are naturally persuasive and able to drive results through people who don't report to you, keeping stakeholders aligned and moving.
- Combine sharp analytical and reporting skills with strong coordination, communication, and project management.
- Have good written and spoken English (preferred).
- Are passionate about beauty, retail, e-commerce, and digital trends.
