Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 (and support SMK3 if applicable).

  • Prepare, review, update, and control business processes, SOPs, policies, and other compliance-related documents.

  • Conduct socialization, training, and internal communication for new or revised procedures.

  • Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of continuous improvement projects.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Continuous Improvement events such as Innovation Day, Kaizen programs, and 5S activities.

  • Perform data analysis for KPI monitoring, management reporting, and dashboard creation.

  • Handle and follow up on customer quality complaints, including driving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, and supplier audits).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and product/service quality.


Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS), Process Improvement, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and SMK3

  • Proficient in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., QC 7 Tools, QCC, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma).

  • Certified or experienced as an Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor certification is a strong plus).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory): formulas, pivot tables, power query, and dashboarding.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio (mandatory) for business process mapping.

  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a distinct advantage.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
