Rafitama Millenial Wahyudi focused on the distribution of hydraulic and pneumatic components. 3. PT. Dimensi Quantum Wahyudi focused on the distribution of vacuum components and handling systems.

Responsibilities :
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 (and support SMK3 if applicable).
Prepare, review, update, and control business processes, SOPs, policies, and other compliance-related documents.
Conduct socialization, training, and internal communication for new or revised procedures.
Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of continuous improvement projects.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Continuous Improvement events such as Innovation Day, Kaizen programs, and 5S activities.
Perform data analysis for KPI monitoring, management reporting, and dashboard creation.
Handle and follow up on customer quality complaints, including driving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Coordinate and support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, and supplier audits).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and product/service quality.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS), Process Improvement, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and SMK3
Proficient in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., QC 7 Tools, QCC, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma).
Certified or experienced as an Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor certification is a strong plus).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory): formulas, pivot tables, power query, and dashboarding.
Proficient in Microsoft Visio (mandatory) for business process mapping.
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
