Jobdesc:

• Requirement Engineering: Elicit, perform deep analysis, and document comprehensive Business and Technical Requirements for banking applications and systems.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical bridge and point of contact between internal project stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing banking workflows, identify bottlenecks, and leverage excellent problem-solving skills to recommend effective process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product, and Business Units) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Strategic Communication: Translate and effectively communicate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and business leaders.
• Multitasking & Delivery: Simultaneously manage multiple analytical tasks and project streams within a fast-paced financial ecosystem.

Requirements:

- Strong Communication, Analytical Skills, Multi Tasking and knowledge of Information Technology and Banking.

- Previous experience in Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst in the financial industry especially Bank.

- Ability to gather, perform analysis and create Business Technical Requirements include technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential areas for process improvement.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

- At minimum 2 years experience in related field.
