Reservations (Bali, On-Site Position)

We are hiring – Reservation Team (Bali, On-Site Position)

A growing villa management company in Bali is looking for a motivated Indonesian candidate to join our Reservation Team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest communication before and after check-in

• Assist guests with additional services (transportation, scooter rental, massage, activities, etc.)

• Order and manage products and supplies for the villas

• Assist in preparing monthly reports

• Support various operational tasks related to the villa rental business

• Be available to work flexible hours when needed

This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available.

Requirements:

• Full-time position only (no other part-time job allowed)

• Good English (spoken and written)

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive

• Willing to learn and use new applications (Notion, AppSheet, and others)

• Must currently reside in Bali (preference for candidates living near Berawa)

• Available to work 6 days per week

Salary:

Salary will depend on experience.
