Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and control inbound and outbound delivery activities related to warehouse operations.
Ensure all delivery processes are executed on time, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor daily delivery operations for all shipments.
Coordinate transportation activities, including truck allocation, loading/unloading, and delivery scheduling.
Handle and resolve delivery-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Coordinate with the Transportation Vendor Management (TVM) team regarding trucking rates, truck ranking, and sourcing on-call trucks from new vendors when required.
Ensure truck availability to support operational and project requirements.
Monitoring POD return to Project.
Monitor and control trucking performance, operational issues, and service quality.
Supervise and monitor Control Tower activities at operational sites.
Analyze and follow up transportation claims.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous process improvement.
Ensure transportation activities comply with company safety standards and operational procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in Transportation, Delivery, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.
Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
Understanding of warehouse inbound & outbound processes.
Familiar with transportation documentation and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of truck scheduling, loading & unloading processes, shipment monitoring, and transportation control.
Good understanding of operational safety standards.
Good command of English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Able to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, responsible, and highly committed.
