Job Description:

• The Trainer Plans And Delivers Engaging And Informative Training Sessions On Public Speaking, And Develops And Adapts Training Materials
• Utilize Effective Teaching Methods And Resources To Improve Speaking Skills.
• Develop Strategies To Explain Material About How To Speak In Public, How To Communicate Effectively, The Importance Of Learning Public Speaking
• Guide Participants In Creating Clear And Persuasive Speeches, And Train Participants In Non-verbal Communication Skills, Including Body Language, Eye Contact, And Tone Of Voice.
• provides Tips On Building Self-confidence And Reducing Anxiety Associated With Public Speaking.
• Offers Strategies For Managing Nervousness And Fear During Presentations, And Organizes Mock Presentation Sessions To Simulate Real-world Speaking Situations.
• Continuously Improve Your Knowledge And Skills To Become An Effective Trainer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in public speaking and presentation skills.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Empathy and patience in working with individuals at various skill levels.
