Partnership & Ecosystem Specialist (WEB3)

# Ecosystem Development & Product Management

• Drive the company’s ecosystem growth, adoption, and expansion by identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships with Web3 projects, crypto exchanges, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and crypto communities.

• Identify New Partners: Identify and prioritize collaboration opportunities with Web3 projects that are relevant to MWX.

• Technical Integration Onboarding: Support partner integration processes, such as wallet integration, smart contracts, SDKs, or network migration, in collaboration with the Developer team.

• Partnership Lifecycle Management: Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach, proposal development, and commercial or contract negotiation, through to launch.

# Co-Marketing & Community Relations

• Collaborative Campaigns: Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, joint airdrop initiatives, or collaborative product launches to improve user retention.

• Brand Representation: Attend global Web3 conferences, hackathons, and community events to expand the company’s network and represent the brand.

# Experience & Technical Knowledge

• Work Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships within the finance, technology, or Web3 industry is preferred.

• Understanding of Web3 is a plus.

• Familiarity with the latest Web3 trends and community dynamics across platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord is a plus.

# Interpersonal Skills

• Communication & Negotiation: Strong persuasive communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with project founders and C-level executives.

• Independence: Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
