What You Will Do:
Build structured training programs for internal & external participants aligned to industry needs
Develop and run workshops, masterclasses, seminars, industry talks & hands-on training through RASA Academy
Strengthen internal capability through product, beverage, sales & technical training
Design learning programs for customers, distributors, HoReCa professionals, baristas, bartenders, entrepreneurs & students
Develop official training & certification programs with associations and institutions
Build strategic learning partnerships with industry bodies, universities & subject-matter experts
Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on participant performance, feedback and business needs
Who We're Looking For:
Background in Learning & Development, hospitality education, training or academy/program development
Strong facilitation and curriculum design skills
Experience partnering with associations, institutions or certification bodies is a plus
Genuine passion for developing talent across the F&B and beverage industry
Confident presenting to both internal teams and external audiences
