Responsibilities

1. Engineering & Documentation: Handle electrical engineering activities, control engineering documents, and support production in creating Machine Instruction Manuals & Work Instructions.

2. Maintenance & Budgeting: Create, control, and implement all electrical maintenance plans; monitor and control the electrical maintenance budget.

3. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly machine performance/status reports for Japanese superiors.

4. Operations & Safety:

   • Ensure safety standards across all electrical maintenance activities.

   • Coordinate with all internal departments regarding electrical maintenance needs.

   • Collaborate with operations and maintenance personnel to execute timely and efficient plant shutdown schedules.

5. Quality & Upgrades: Check electrical process deliverables to meet quality standards, handle engineering tools, and oversee system upgrades.

6. Continuous Improvement: Drive internal improvements and promote divisional performance, safety, and environmental policies.

7. On-Call Support: Respond promptly to troubleshooting calls outside regular working hours when needed.

Requrements

1. Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields as an Electrical Technician/Engineer.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.

• Hands-on experience with Electrical Panel Installation.

• Experience with PLC systems (Siemens PLC preferred).

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
