Description
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing queries and issues related to I.T. products.
- Assist in pre-sale and after-sale processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to present technical solutions to potential clients.
- Document and report on support activities and solutions provided.
- Work with clients to implement after-sales solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student
