WMS Project Manager

In this role, you'll work closely with Manhattan Associates, a global technology leader in supply chain and omnichannel commerce with 22 years of experience serving retail and logistics industries. Together, Intramega Global and Manhattan Associates offer a One Stop Service solution for our clients' warehouse technology needs. You may also support related technology deployments — such as RFID and warehouse automation — as part of Intramega's broader solutions portfolio.

As Project Manager (WMS), you will manage and coordinate WMS implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to oversee execution, manage risks, and optimize workflows. This role requires strong project management skills, problem-solving ability, and a solid understanding of WMS implementation processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and oversee WMS implementation projects from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate between technical teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live support are completed successfully.

• Support training and change management to help clients transition smoothly to WMS solutions.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and post-implementation reviews.

• Occasionally support related technology projects (e.g., RFID, automation) alongside WMS implementations.

• Recommend best practices to improve project efficiency and technology adoption.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.00).

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, WMS, ERP, or IT system implementation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Understanding of WMS, supply chain, and warehouse operations; familiarity with RFID or automation technologies is a plus.

• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
