Nurse OT (Operating Theatre / Perawat Kamar Operasi)

The Solitaire Bali is seeking an experienced Nurse OT (Operating Theatre / Perawat Kamar Operasi) to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time position based in Bali. As a Nurse OT, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our operating theatres. You will be responsible for maintaining surgical standards, supporting surgical teams, and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This position is essential to the success of our surgical services and directly impacts patient outcomes and safety.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognised institution

2. Current and valid nursing license to practise in Indonesia

3. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in an operating theatre or surgical environment

4. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic techniques and sterilisation protocols

5. Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, for communication with international medical staff

6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment

7. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently

9. Knowledge of patient safety standards and commitment to maintaining high levels of care

10. Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods during surgical procedures

11. Previous experience working in an international or private healthcare setting is advantageous

12. Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or similar is preferred
