Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update asset and inventory records.
- Monitor asset movement, issuance, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct physical inventory and asset verification at the warehouse (2–3 days per week).
- Reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and asset reports.
- Analyze inventory data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with company asset management procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management or Management Accounting
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship in Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, Audit, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and basic data analysis).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to work 2–3 days in the warehouse and the remaining days in the office.
