We are looking for a highly responsive individual with a proactive mindset for this role. As Product Operations & Purchasing Coordinator, you will ensure smooth supply chain flow, maintain BPOM compliance, and coordinate directly with the manufacturer and warehouse. This dynamic role serves as a liaison for the CMO, managing daily interactions with factories and suppliers. Primary Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Factory Coordination
Coordinating imports, working with the Operations team for system Integrity, supply purchase orders, and stock forecasting.
Regulatory Affairs
Ensuring 100% BPOM compliance, system administration, and technical documentation updated.
CMO & Supplier Liaison
Serving as primary communication bridge between the CMO and factories/suppliers, providing administrative support, and managing sample and new product tests.
Purchasing Coordination for Offline Store Visual Needs
Assisting in vendor negotiations for offline store visual needs to ensure cost-efficiency and effective use of budget
Secondary Responsibilities
Conducting market and product research, assisting in product concept development and formula review, facilitating product testing and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a highly proactive, responsive, and adaptable individual who can pivot between tasks quickly with a solution driven mindset.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree; in any field. Degree in Science or Technology is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in project management or operations coordination; experience in product development in cosmetics or personal care industry is preferred.
Must have an excellent skill in project and time management: able to manage multiple product timelines and development pipelines simultaneously.
Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
Advanced skill in Google Sheet or Excel for data tracking and forecasting
Basic knowledge of MOQ, lead time, and production planning
