Presales ERP

A Microsoft Dynamics Presales Consultant works closely with customers, sales teams, principals, and technical and functional consultants to understand business requirements and propose suitable Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role is responsible for translating customer needs and business processes into proposed solution designs, presentations, demonstrations, and high-level proposals that address customer requirements and business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•       Understand and analyze customer business requirements, processes, and challenges to identify suitable Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

•       Translate customer requirements into proposed solution designs and high-level solution proposals using Microsoft Dynamics products, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and other related solutions.

•       Conduct product presentations, system demonstrations, workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and other presales activities for prospective customers.

•       Prepare solution proposals, presentations, solution mock-ups, and other supporting materials based on customer requirements.

•       Collaborate with the Sales Team, Microsoft Principals, Presales teams, and Delivery teams to develop solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

•       Support the preparation of high-level effort estimations, solution scope, and implementation approaches.

•       Provide insights into business processes and industry best practices to help customers identify opportunities for business improvement.

•       Support the development of solution roadmaps and collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from the presales stage to project implementation.

•       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative skills.

Requirements:

•       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Presales and/or IT Consulting, particularly in ERP or business application solutions.

•       Strong and in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics products, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and other related solutions.

•       Proven experience in translating customer requirements and business processes into proposed solution designs and solution proposals.

•       Strong presentation and system demonstration skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•       Minimum experience in 2 full-cycle ERP or business application implementation projects, with a good understanding of implementation processes, project flows, and general customer expectations.

•       Good understanding of business processes and industry best practices across various industries.

•       Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and develop appropriate solution approaches.

•       Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

•       Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Sales, Presales, Principal, Delivery, and other internal teams.
