About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIT Senior Manager to join our team in Grobogan, Central Java on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will oversee the management and administration of our network and systems infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across the organisation. As BIT Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation initiatives and supporting the company's operational objectives through robust IT infrastructure management.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

2. 5-10 years of experience in IT, ERP, and manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role

3. Experience with ERP system (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar)

4. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ERP integration, SQL/databases, networking, cyber security, and IT infrastructure

5. Experience in leading ERP implementation and business process improvement projects

6. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, project management, collaboration, and charge management skills

7. Proficient in English

8. Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java
