Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring potential clients from scratch.
• Conduct market research to identify target customers and industry opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present and promote the company's products and services to meet customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits as required.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with new clients.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
