Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as needed.
- Assist customers with inquiries about menu items, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure correct billing and resolve any discrepancies or customer concerns.
- Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, or retail setting.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic accounting skills.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and payment issues.
-Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant or café operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
