WMOS Techno-Functional Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilledWMOS Techno-Functional Consultantwith strong experience inconfiguration and Maven. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting WMOS solutions, while bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate inWMOS design, configuration, and implementationactivities.

• Work as atechno-functional consultant, gathering requirements and translating them into technical/functional solutions.

• Configure WMOS modules includingInbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Labor Management.

• Develop, customize, and support WMOS solutions leveragingMaven build automationand related tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams forsystem integration, testing, and deployment.

• Support upgrades, patches, and performance improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.

• Create functional design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience inManhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management Open Systems).

• Strongtechno-functional expertisein WMOS configuration and workflows.

• Hands-on experience withMavenfor build automation and deployment.

• Knowledge ofPL/SQL, Java, and WMOS technical architecture.

• Experience insupply chain, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.

• Ability to work with bothbusiness users and technical teams.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience withWMOS upgrades and integrations(ERP, MHE, WCS).

• Hands-on experience in day-to-day warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to other Manhattan solutions (SCI, LMS, TMS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile/DevOps practices.
