Job Description
Handle Automation & OT projects, including upgrades, retrofits, and new system development.
Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance programs for Automation & OT systems.
Manage and maintain automation documentation (P&ID, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Loop Diagram, Control Philosophy, DED).
Drive automation improvement and digitalization initiatives in utility and production areas.
Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Job Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation & OT.
Familiar with Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and Profinet.
Experience with aseptic filling and dairy processing systems.
Proficient in PLC & HMI programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Allen-Bradley).
Knowledge of IIoT, SCADA, OT Cybersecurity, and IT-OT integration.
Able to read and create P&ID, electrical drawings, ladder diagrams, FBD, SCL, and HMI designs.
Experienced in instrumentation and calibration.
Understanding of FMEA, RCM, RCFA, 5 Why, GMP, HACCP, 5R, and Continuous Improvement.
Willing to be placed at the Factory in Cicalengka, Kab. Bandung.
