Finance Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Morowali, Central Sulawesi
Salary:
Starting from IDR 10.400.000 (Mandarin Speaker) and IDR 7.600.000 (English Speaker)

Finance Staff Responsibilities:

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately.

• Prepare payment vouchers and financial documents.

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.

• Communicate and translate financial information between Indonesian and Chinese teams.

• Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.

• Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Finance Staff Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in Finance or Accounting is an advantage.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) or English (spoken and writen)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to be placed in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.

• Available to join immediately is preferred.

  • Mandarin Speakers: 14 days of leave every 3 months (round-trip airfare covered by the company).

  • English Speakers: 12 days of leave every 4 months (round-trip airfare covered by the company).

• 12 days of annual leave in accordance with company policy.

• BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan provided.

• One-way flight ticket to the work site for the first arrival is fully covered by the company.

• Free recreational and sports facilities at the dormitory area, including a gym, basketball court, badminton court, futsal court, swimming pool, cinema, library, and talent development center.
