About the role

FORYOU Luxury Nail & Beauty Bar is seeking an experienced Nail Master / Nail Technician to join our dynamic team in Uluwatu,Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in nail artistry and beauty services within a luxury salon environment. As a Nail Master, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional nail care experiences to our discerning clientele, setting the standard for excellence within our salon and contributing to our reputation as a premier beauty destination.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art designs to clients

2. Consult with clients to understand their preferences, skin types, and desired nail designs, offering professional recommendations

3. Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations

4. Prepare and sterilise tools and equipment before and after each client appointment

5. Keep detailed records of client preferences and treatment history to ensure personalised service

6. Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations in the beauty industry

7. Mentor and guide junior nail technicians, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Master, 6 month in a professional salon environmen

2. Expert knowledge of various nail techniques including gel, acrylics, extensions, and intricate nail art designs

3. Strong understanding of nail health, product chemistry, and proper application methods

4. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless finishes

5. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients

6. Exceptional hygiene and safety practices, with strict adherence to sanitation protocols

7. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members

8. Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to and understand client requirements

9. Passion for beauty, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends

10. Fluency in English is preferred; additional language skills are advantageous
