Job Description :
Communicate professionally with international customers through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
Understand customers’ travel needs and provide suitable travel recommendations, destinations, and tour packages.
Design customized travel itineraries based on customers’ preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
Prepare quotations, and detailed itineraries.
Assist customers throughout the booking process and provide accurate travel information.
Coordinate with Tour Guides, Operations Teams, and external partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Manage travel arrangements and ensure all bookings and documentation are completed accurately.
Provide ongoing support to customers before, during, and after their trips.
Maintain customer records and update information.
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and tourism-related developments.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
Experience communicating with international customers, clients, or stakeholders is highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Travel Consulting, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for travel, tourism, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or international customer service industry.
Additional foreign language skills (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
Familiarity with travel planning, itinerary development, and reservation systems.
Experience working with international travelers from different cultural backgrounds.
