Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Preschool or Early Years education.
Prior experience in curriculum planning, development, and implementation is preferred.
Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education frameworks and child development principles.
Experience with international curricula (such as IEYC, IPC, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar approaches) is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom practices, and assessment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to monitor curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with school standards and learning outcomes.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, and parents to enhance the quality of the learning program.
Passion for early childhood education and continuous professional development.
