Responsibilities
1. Handle daily accounting tasks including invoice verification, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) to ensure accurate records.
3. Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) in accordance with PSAK/IFRS standards.
4. Perform monthly and year-end closing processes.
5. Manage monthly tax filings including PPh 21/22/23/26 and PPN (VAT) through CoreTax DJP, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot Unifikasi.
6. Prepare annual corporate income tax (PPh Badan) returns and tax reconciliation.
7. Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany/aged receivables.
8. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and tax proofs.
9. Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in general accounting or tax roles in Indonesia, working in Medical/Retail/FMCG/E-commerce industry will be preferred.
3. Solid knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
4. Hands-on experience with CoreTax DJP, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot Unifikasi.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
7. Hold Brevet A & B certification (Plus).
8. English can be used as a working language, mandarin is a plus.
