We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Tampaksiring, Kab. Gianyar, Bali. ### Key Responsibilities:

As the Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects in Tampaksiring, Kab. Gianyar. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring all work adheres to project specifications and safety standards.

- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other contractors, to maintain project timelines and budgets.

- Conducting site inspections to identify potential risks and hazards, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

- Preparing and submitting progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges faced during the project phase.

### Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, skilled, and ready to contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Hybrid working arrangement available in Tampaksiring, Kab. Gianyar, Bali.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.

- Strong proficiency in Construction Safety, English Language, AutoCAD, Project Management, Microsoft Office, and Civil Engineering.

- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
