As we continue to expand our TikTok growth channel, we are looking for a TikTok Multimedia Artist who will create compelling visual and video content that helps drive product visibility, engagement, and sales across TikTok Shop and other digital platforms.
Mission of the Role
Create high-converting visual and video content that increases product visibility, strengthens brand presence, and drives sales growth across TikTok Shop and SH Group's digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Design
- Create product graphics, promotional materials, and marketing creatives for TikTok Shop.
- Design thumbnails, banners, product visuals, and campaign assets that attract attention and drive conversions.
- Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Video Editing and Content Production
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok content, advertisements, affiliate campaigns, and product promotions.
- Transform raw footage into engaging content optimized for TikTok and social media platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, and other elements that improve viewer engagement and retention.
Product Listing and Creative Support
- Create visual assets for product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Support product launches, flash sales, seasonal campaigns, and live selling initiatives with creative materials.
- Ensure all product creatives accurately communicate key product benefits and selling points.
Campaign and Marketing Support
- Collaborate with TikTok Shop Managers, Affiliates, Content Creators, and Marketing Team members to develop effective content.
- Provide creative support for affiliate recruitment, creator collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Assist in developing content concepts and creative strategies that improve campaign performance.
Asset Management and Organization
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets, templates, and design files.
- Ensure proper version control and accessibility of content materials.
- Manage content production schedules and creative requests efficiently.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, content formats, editing techniques, and creative best practices.
- Research competitor content and identify opportunities to improve creative performance.
- Continuously improve content quality, production efficiency, and creative effectiveness.
Job Qualifications:
Must-Have
- At least 1 year experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Video Editing, Content Creation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
- Strong understanding of TikTok content formats and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience creating content for TikTok Shop or eCommerce brands.
- Experience producing performance-driven creatives for advertisements and sales campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media content strategy.
- Experience working with content creators, affiliates, or influencer campaigns.
