Finance and administration Manager English speaker

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary liaison between the Indonesia factory and the Group Finance Department.

2. Implement the Group's financial management systems, approval processes, and internal control requirements.

3. Lead and review the work of the outsourced TMF finance and tax team.

4. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as regular tax reporting.

5. Report the company's financial condition, key issues, and potential risks to the Group Finance Director.

6. Support budgeting processes and the preparation of data for consolidated financial reporting.

7. Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and foreign exchange transactions.

8. Review and approve payment requests and ensure the reasonableness of expenses.

9. Support annual audits conducted by the Group audit team and external public accounting firms.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years as a Finance Supervisor or Finance Manager in a manufacturing or foreign company.

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

4. Able to independently handle bookkeeping and tax reporting.

5. Proficient in financial software such as Kingdee (金蝶) or similar systems.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

7. Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS systems.

8. Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

9. Strong communication and coordination skills.

10. Calm, detail-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure.

11. Understanding of Indonesian local culture, religious customs, and business etiquette.

12. Possession of an Indonesian driving license is an advantage
