Marketing Manager (Export & Domestic Garment)

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in both export and domestic markets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer and buyer network.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with local and international buyers.

Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure new business opportunities.

Collaborate closely with Merchandising, PPIC, Production, and Quality teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.

Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for management.

Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market developments to achieve business targets.

Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve sales objectives and company goals.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role within the garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of the export and domestic garment business, including sales processes and customer relationship management.

Proven experience in developing business opportunities and managing key customer accounts.

Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Target-oriented with strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Placement: Semarang. Willing to travel frequently to Jakarta and other locations as required by business needs, client meetings, or project requirements.
