We are one of the pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution service companies. PT Merapi Utama Pharma was established in 1973 with 29 branches all over Indonesia.
We are currently looking for a Branch Manager for PT Merapi Utama Pharma all over branches, with the following job description and qualifications:
Job Description:
Coordinate and carry out the preparation of plans, strategies, and budgets in the Branch.
Coordinate and carry out licensing arrangements.
Implement, control, and evaluate sales operation activities.
Establish and coordinate customer service management in the branch to improve customer relations.
Monitor customer additions and changes to obtain up-to-date customer data.
Coordinate and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and infrastructure management.
Coordinate, monitor, and ensure that financial and administrative management activities run well and per policies and procedures.
Coordinate, monitor, and ensure that logistics and warehouse activities are running well and according to policy.
Planning labor needs (including outsourcing), coaching, training, and assessing employee performance.
Coordinate and implement the quality management system in the Branch.
Carry out other tasks outside the main duties assigned by the BOM / Head of Division / Director to support Branch activities.
Prepare periodic reports.
Job Qualifications:
The latest education is at least D3 / Preferably S1 in Economics, Engineering, Administration, Communication, and Pharmacy.
Preferably at least 5 years of experience. At least 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a pharmaceutical or medical device distribution company is a must.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient with computer programs, at least MS Office.
Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license (SIM A).
Good communication and cooperation.
Good presentation skills, analytical thinking, market penetration and development, customer relationship, financial management, inventory management, and teamwork.
Willing to be placed at all PT Merapi Utama Pharma branches.
Willing to move to other branches if needed.
