Qualifications :
Male/Female with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL, Creator Management, or E-Commerce.
Understands the TikTok Shop Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate ecosystems.
Capable and accustomed to conducting creator outreach and creating affiliate programs or campaigns.
Able or experienced in building an affiliate program from zero (is a plus).
Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
Build an affiliate program from zero on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Search, contact, and acquire potential creators, KOLs, and affiliates.
Negotiate commissions, campaigns, and partnerships with creators and agencies.
Create strategies and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, orders, creator performance, and others).
Coordinate with the creative, e-commerce, ads, and livestream teams.
