PROJECT DEPARTMENT HEAD

We are an Indonesian company specializing in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment solutions. Established in 1976, the company serves hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and catering businesses across Indonesia.

We provides end-to-end services, including equipment supply, design, installation, and after-sales support. We have branches in major cities and a stainless-steel fabrication facility, making it a trusted long-term partner in the hospitality and food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

A. Internal Policies & Implementation

• Develop, document, and implement project management policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all branches (Surabaya, Bali, Balikpapan, and Makassar).

• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively across the organization.

B. Internal Project Execution & Monitoring

• Plan, execute, and monitor internal projects and organizational improvement initiatives, including project timelines, progress tracking, and issue escalation.

• Provide regular project progress updates and reports to management.

C. External After-Sales Project Management

• Serve as the primary person in charge of after-sales project execution and monitoring, including installation, commissioning, and follow-up activities with clients and external partners.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear, effective communication with external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

D. AI Utilization & Process Improvement

• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in documentation, project tracking dashboards, and reporting.

• Ensure that critical communications with internal teams and clients remain professionally managed with appropriate human oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Engineering, Management, or Business.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or other cross-functional roles.

• Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Proficient in using digital tools, including spreadsheets, project management software, and AI-powered assistants.

• Resourceful, well-organized, and capable of developing and implementing processes from the ground up.

• Willing to travel to branch offices for business purposes when required.
