Key Responsibilities
Influencer & KOL Sourcing
• Identify, approach, collaborate and develop relationships with KOLs/influencers and affiliate on TikTok
• Expand and maintain a strong KOL and affiliates database aligned with the brand positioning and target audience.
• Continuously explore new KOLs and affiliate opportunities, trending KOLs, and demand affiliate
2. End to End Collaboration
• Manage the complete influencer collaboration process from listing, approaching, negotiating, dealing, making sure KOL posting, and creating good relationship to KOL & affiliate
• Monitor influencer deliverables and ensure campaigns are executed according to timelines and brand expectations.
• Handle day to day communication with influencers to maintain positive and long term working relationships.
- Tracking Performance, monitor collaboration in campaign outcomes and refine strategies to maximize impact
3. Negotiation & Cost Optimization
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign terms with influencers and agencies.
• Ensure influencer & content creator cooperation budgets are managed effectively while maximizing campaign performance and ROI.
4. Cross Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with KOL Operations, Branding, Content, E-commerce, and Growth teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
• Support script translation, localization review, and influencer content adaptation.
5. Data Monitoring & Reporting
• Track KOLs and affiliates campaign performance including engagement, reach, conversion, GMV contribution, and ROI.
• Monitor competitor activities, KOL and affiliate trends, and platform algorithm changes.
• Prepare regular campaign reports, KOL and affiliate performance analysis, and market feedback for internal review.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 - 4 year experience in KOL Management, affiliate or related field
• Must have existing KOL and affiliate resources and strong networking capabilities.
• Familiar with TikTok and backend affiliate ecosystems and trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple KOL and affiliate projects simultaneously.
• Target oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate in English is a plus.
• Experience in fashion, travel, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG industry is preferred.
-have experience working in an MCN agency, brand or related KOL and affiliate management field is a plus point
• Willing to WFO 100% to Altira Business Park, Sunter, North Jakarta.
