Job Description:
Organizing and scheduling Board meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items
Handling all correspondence and communication for the Board, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining and updating the Board's document management system and records
Providing general administrative support such as travel arrangements, expense management and diary management
Assisting with special projects and other tasks as required by the Board
Job Qualification:
Associate degree from Secretary or Bachelor degree from any major
Minimum 1 years of experience as Secretary
Fresh graduate form Secretary Major are welcome to apply
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Willing to work at Ciracas
