Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengelola seluruh kegiatan operasional di afdeling sesuai budget dan prosedur perusahaan

  • Membuat rencana kerja dan budget tahunan

  • Membuat dan menjabarkan rencana dalam bentuk program kerja dan jadwal kegiatan serta kebutuhan tenaga kerja, alat kerja, dll

  • Membuat rencana kerja tahunan, bulanan dan harian

  • Melakukan kontrol biaya operasional afdeling

  • Membuat laporan bulanan kegiatan operasional

  • Monitor pemeliharaan bangunan dan infrastruktur pada afdeling

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Pertanian, Kehutanan, atau jurusan terkait lainnya

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun pada posisi yang sama (Askep)

  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, problem solving yang baik.

  • Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim

  • Mampu mengelola sumber daya manusia

  • Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di semua wilayah operational Sumatera
