Introduction

Yayasan Westerlaken Alliance Indonesia is an Indonesian non-profit organization founded in 2015 as a local partner of the Westerlaken Foundation in the Netherlands by Dr. Rodney Westerlaken, M.A.,M.Si.,M.Ed. Yayasan Westerlaken Alliance Indonesia has a fully Indonesian board and is dedicated to various social causes, including the HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign through the Mobile Clinic program.

This program aims to provide healthcare services and preventive education to the community, particularly teenagers, in an effort to prevent HIV/AIDS and promote general health check-ups.

We focus on the following areas:

1. Human and Children Rights

a. Empowerment Family and Children Education

b. HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign

c. Dental Health Awareness Campaign

d. Orphanages Awareness Campaign

2. Marine Environment

3. Emergency Relief

4. Issues on Cultural Heritage Management


We are looking for a General Practitioner (Dokter Umum) with the following qualifications:

1. Holds a valid Medical Registration Certificate (STR). Having a Medical Practice License (SIP) is preferred.

2. Willing to work full-time (8 hours per day) and participate in mobile clinic activities across Bali.

3. Willing to support both mobile clinic services and community-based clinic activities.

4. Open to fresh graduate doctors with a valid STR.

5. Able to provide health education and counseling to patients, particularly regarding HIV/AIDS.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Willing to travel for official duties if required.

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide medical services according to general practitioner competencies for patients in mobile clinic and community clinic settings.

2. Conduct preventive HIV/AIDS education outreach, especially for teenagers in schools and youth communities.

3. Support the development and implementation of community clinic services.

4. Prepare and submit written reports regarding duties, activities, and patient services to the foundation.

5. Actively participate in foundation-organized activities and community outreach programs as needed.
