About the Role

The Forge Gastropub is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. As a 24-hour gastropub, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and are comfortable working in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and drinks according to company standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

• Process guest bills and payments accurately.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position, preferably in a restaurant, gastropub, bar, or hotel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Able to work full-time, including rotating shifts, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as The Forge Gastropub operates 24 hours.

• Hands-on team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and discipline.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.

• Well-groomed and professional demeanor.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.

• Familiar with POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
