== DESIGN MANAGER OSP / ISP ==
Key Responsibilities
• Design Oversight: Review and validate HLDs and LLDs, including OSP (Outside Plant) aerial/underground routes, POP (Point of Presence) locations, and fiber split ratios.
• Budget & Materials: Analyze and finalize Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Bill of Materials (BoM) to ensure cost efficiency and technical balance.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate field surveys, train survey engineers, and manage both internal design teams and third-party vendors.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate with Project Management (PMO), QA/QC, and field operations to align designs with actual field conditions.
• Documentation: Ensure all As-Built drawings, network asset data, and technical specifications adhere to industry standards and client requirement.
Professional Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of dedicated work experience in FTTH, OSP projects, or telecommunications network planning.
• System/Software Proficiency: Deep expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) like ESRI ArcGIS, as well as AutoCAD and Google Earth.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of FTTH design rules, fiber-tech, and industry standards (e.g., ITU, IEEE).
• Soft Skills: Excellent client negotiation, problem-solving, and resource management capabilities
