We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Underwriting Workflow Automation System. In this role, you will be fully responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from roadmap planning to successful user adoption, bridging the gap between underwriting business units, third-party vendors, and technical development teams.
Key Qualifications & EducationEducation: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Prior experience managing workflow automation or business process improvement projects (preferred);
Experience in financial services, insurance, or underwriting processes (preferred);
Knowledge of underwriting workflows and industry practices (preferred);
Experience with system integration and data management.
Develop the implementation roadmap and associated timelines with clearly defined milestones;
Manage project documentation, including approvals for project scope and deliverables for the underwriting workflow automation system;
Manage collaboration between the vendor, technical team, and business team;
Serve as the primary liaison between underwriting business units and the development teams;
Monitor system development progress and quality assurance (QA) testing;
Manage the project budget and resource allocation;
Identify and resolve technical and operational integration challenges, escalating promptly where required;
Gather and prioritize underwriting process requirements;
Facilitate change management and user adoption across underwriting departments;
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and system performance metrics; and
Report status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
