PT Bintang Hartono Jaya (BHJ) focuses on wholesale, while PT Mitra Aksesoris Indonesia (MAI) focuses on retail and online sales. PT Bintang Terang Perkasa (BTP) is a manufacturing company for textile and hair ornament products.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team in fulfilling staffing needs and optimizing the hiring process. You will be involved in identifying talent needs, executing recruitment strategies, and managing end-to-end hiring activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management/Law

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00

• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta (Asemka)
