Your Role & Impact
In this role, you will be the face and voice of TTRacing Indonesia. You will bridge the gap between our digital customers, retail experiences, and large-scale brand events, ensuring flawless execution and absolute customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Elevate the Customer Journey: Own the end-to-end customer experience by answering inquiries across all communication channels promptly and professionally.
Optimize Retail Operations: Manage backend retail and customer service workflows to support seamless order fulfillment and customer success.
Drive Brand Events: Act as a key operational pillar during brand-building events, coordinating directly with event partners and vendors.
Champion Startup Growth: Tackle ad-hoc operational tasks with agility to support a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
