The Logistics Data Analyst will support inventory planning, replenishment activities, and logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role uses Excel, SQL, and data validation skills to provide accurate insights and support efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory data and prepare operational reports using advanced Excel functions and Pivot Tables.
- Run basic SQL queries/scripts to extract and validate data.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of supply chain information.
- Support stock replenishment planning and inventory monitoring for warehouse operations.
- Identify inventory trends and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Basic SQL knowledge with ability to run pre-written scripts.
- Experience in data validation and reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory management and replenishment planning.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields is preferred.
