Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance MEP & HVAC in the villa.
- Troubleshooting or Identifying and fixing technical problems on electrical installations, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting systems.
- Install and test new equipment such as, AC, water heaters, and others.
- Ensure all equipment and electrical installations meet safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Record all repair and maintenance work and report to management.
- Ready to handle emergencies such as power outages, pipe leaks, or other sudden breakdowns.
Requirements:
- minimum 2 years working experience as a Maintenance.
- Mastering and understanding Electricity, plumbing, HVAC, Civil, and kitchen equipment.
- English is a must
- Able to work quickly in emergency situations or sudden repairs.
- have good communication skills and able to work in a team.
- ready to be placed in umalas, Bali
- can join immediately is a plus
