About the role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer to join the creative team at ADS. Empire Corporation. As a fulltime Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that engage and captivate our clients and audiences across a variety of media. Based in Angeles City Pampanga, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to a dynamic company in the Printing and Ads industry.
What you'll be doing
- Conceptualise and produce original graphic designs for various marketing and advertising materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and turn creative visions into reality
- Develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, icons, and visual identity guidelines
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure designs are optimised for different digital and print channels
- Continuously research industry trends and techniques to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our work
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer, preferably in an Printing & Ads or creative studio environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong eye for composition, colour, typography, and overall aesthetic design
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
